XIP, Xerox Immediate printer converts text, video and graphics into a
bit raster (1900  rows by 1260 columns) which is directly dump out to
the XGP.  The program was written by BGB, but documentation is only
on DART tape, P922:XIP.JAM[UP,DOC], presumably from lack of interest.


Note: If you just want to use XIP to output a III buffer, you can say:

	.R XIP;X1.2;Y1.2;⊗TEST.PLT
