The Stanford University Terminal Interface Message Processor (SU-TIP)
provides authorized users with terminal access to the ARPAnet.  If you
have an account at the Stanford AI Lab (SU-AI), you are automatically
authorized to use the TIP; READ TIP for details.  If you are not
associated with SU-AI, you should contact Lester D. Earnest, Associate
Director (ARPAnet address:  LES@SU-AI, telephone number:  (415) 497-4202),
to obtain access authorization.  Inquiries about technical details of
using the TIP or about adding more lines to the TIP should be addressed to
