TEMPER is a display program which gives a quick indication of the
system's temperment,  with speciai Temperometers.  If any one of
the Termperometers gets too high, it is likely that the user's
tempers will go up too.  To run TEMPER, type:

.R TEMPER

To refresh the display, type <altmode>.
To quit, type <crlf>.
To quit and produce a hadrcopy of the current screen, type X<crlf>.

This is a silly program.  It runs only on Data Discs.
