TELNET is the program to communicate with other hosts via the Internet.
There are several TELNET variations on this system:

TELNET - Plain old vanilla TELNET, using new TELNET protocol and
		 no display hacking.

DTN - Datamedia simulating TELNET, useful when using editors
like EMACS at a foreign host.

SUPDUP - Special display TELNET to the ITS systems at MIT to
be a TV at their systems.

Complete details of the above can be found in the printed Monitor Command
Manual, which is online as MONCOM.BH[S,DOC], with updates in MONCOM.UPD[S,DOC].
