  RETURN>   <LINE  FEED>.   HOWEVER,  CONTRARY  TO  NET
  POLICY, OUR SYSTEM WILL ECHO A LINE FEED AFTER  EVERY
  CARRIAGE  RETURN  YOU  TYPE (EXCEPT WHEN YOU ARE IN A
