The RENAME command lets you change a file's name, extension, PPN,
or protection.  The general form is
	RENAME newname←oldname
To change the protection, follow the old name with the switch /PRO=nnn
where nnn is the new protection you want.  See MONCOM.BH[S,DOC] for
