To change your password, use the UFD command.  If your user name is
ABC, for instance, type

    ufd 1,abc

You will be asked for your current password and then be given an
opportunity to choose a new password and change your default file
protection and your directory protection.  (Type <return> to these
questions if you do not want to change protections.)
