R NEWS -- Allows you to search NOTICE[UP,DOC] for news about the system and
various utility programs, using as keywords:  <Date> <subject> <author>
(separated by tabs in command line).  If you edit NOTICE[UP,DOC], be sure to
keep it in E format.

NS, the News Service program, is documented in the file NS.ME[S,DOC].  Type
READ NS (if you are logged in) to read it with E.
