The preferred way of listing files on the line printer is with the
SPOOL command, which enters the file(s) you specify in a queue to be
printed.  The LIST command lists the file immediately if the line
printer is available.  The command formats are
	.SPOOL <file>,<file>,<etc>
	.LIST <file>,<file>,<etc.>
Both of these commands allow switches for various processing options;
the full documentation for SPOOL is the file SPOOL.REG[UP,DOC] and
for LIST is COPY.RPH[S,DOC].  Typing "HELP SPOOL" will tell you about
some of the SPOOL switches.
