Cā;
Currently, the only LISP that is maintained is MACLISP, the MIT dialect.
Help for that version and other goodies can be found by doing "HELP
MACLISP" or by reading LISP.RPG[S,DOC] and LSPARC.RPG[UP,DOC]. MACLISP is
run on this system with the command: LISP. This is currently the OLDIO
version; the NEWIO version is called NLISP (NEWCOM is the compiler). To
get help on NEWIO do "HELP NEWIO".
The LISP 1.6 Programmer's Manual is SAILON-28, LISP16.WD[S,DOC]. Variants
of LISP using M-expressions called Rlisp by Tony Hearn and MLISP by Dave
Smith are also available. A prospectus on the future glories of LISP 70
has been published by Horace Enea, Dave Smith, and Larry Tesler.
HELP is available under the headings MLISP, MLISP2, and ILISP about the
use of those versions of LISP.
The files RLISP.ACH[S,DOC], MLISP.DAV[AIM,DOC], and MLISP2.DAV[AIM,DOC]
are the reference manuals for those LISP dialects.
UCI Lisp can be run on this system with the command R IL. Documentation
in ILISP.UCI[UP,DOC].
