As you are probably aware, it was decided last autumn, because of increasing
costs of printing and distributing our reports, to charge for copies which we
had been distributing at no charge to members of the Stanford community.  We
have modified that policy such that if you pick up the copies you want
any Tuesday from 1 until 5 p.m. in our publications room (Margaret Jacks Hall
room 421), you may still have them free of charge.

If you place an order for copies by mail, an invoice will accompany the
reports.  And beginning in June we will require payment in advance on all
orders placed with us.  Copies will continue to be free to members of the
Stanford community provided they are picked up in MJ 421.
