   Please make the SAIL system on NEW: as the SYS: version by
copying all the following files on SYS to OLD and from NEW to
SYS.
   Then make the SAIL system on [112,160] the NEW: system by
moving the files with the same names to NEW: from [112,160].


   SAIL.EXE
   SAISG9.SHR
   HLBSA9.REL
   LIBSA9.REL
   SAILOW.REL
