If you have a gripe or suggestion about a particular program, type
GRIPE PROGRM <return>
where PROGRM is the program name. Then enter the text of your gripe
according to the instructions you'll see. Your comments will be sent
to the person or people responsible for that program, if known to
the system, or to the general gripe file otherwise. The topic (PROGRM
in the example above) must be a single word. Otherwise, the entire text
you type on the command line will be sent to the general gripe file, e.g.,
GRIPE THE TERMINAL IN ROOM 252 HAS A STICKY META KEY.

Your comments will recieve prompt and courteous attention (or
possibly prompt vituperation, or perhaps mere neglect).

The gripe file is GRIPES.TXT[2,2]. It may be referenced by \GRIPES
in COPY or E, (e.g., ET \GRIPES).
