 Leo Guibas and I have just spent a little time tracking down
 a problem with SAIL.  Apparently, when it compiels code
 for FORTRAN function calls, the ac's are not dumped
 (i.e. SAIL assumes that the FORTRAN function saves
 all used AC's).  This is observed to not be the case in several
 functions we have here.  Is this the way the
 rest of the world works too??
 
 No pressing need, just mentioning a slight annoyance.
