C⊗;
The E/MacLisp interface is described in EMACLSP.RPG[UP,DOC],
which is accessible with READ EMACLSP. At the current time
this interface is only available for 2 segment MacLisps pending
the assembly and creation of the 1 segment systems, PLISP, BCOMPLR,
and PEDIT. Currently MACLSP and EDIT are equipped to handle the interface,
and EMACLSP.RPG[UP,DOC] describes how to make →your← system understand it
too.
WARNING!!! CAVEAT!!! DANGER!!!
This interface is not guaranteed bug free, and it is possible for
Lisp to destroy YOUR files if there are bugs. Moreover, The interface
works on the basis of a parallel MacLisp job, which you can accidentally
leave detached. E warns you if you are about to do that, so heed its
warnings.
