DVI is the "Device Independent" format output by TeX.  To print DVI files
from SAIL, use one of the following commands, where "file" is the name of
your DVI file (the extension "dvi" is optional):
    .r dvidover;file		for Dover
    .r dvirover;file		for Rover
    .r dvimaple;file		for Maple
    .boise file.dvi		for Boise
Most of these commands have HELP files showing their options.  SAIL does
not currently have any programs to print DVI files on PostScript printers.
