CRE (Contour-Region-Edge) takes television pictures and converts
them to line drawings that are like contour maps. Some of the easy
commands are:

	T	Take a picture from camera 1.
	S<n>	Select camera n.
	J	Enhance the contrast of a picture.
	X	Output the picture to the X.G.P. as a halftone.
	I	Input a picture from the disk.
	O	Output a picture to the disk.
	H	Display the Histogram of intensities.
	Q	Do a 20,40,60 contouring.
	P	Output a plot file of the contoured image.
