CRDIR is a utility program which allows wizards to diddle various
directory parameters such as passwords, privileges, and user group
membership. It also allows any user to read a directory's information
with the exception of passwords. For example, if you want to look up
the user groups or the last login of a particular directory you can use
CRDIR to do so, assuming the directory is not protected against you.

For a general program which allows users to alter directory parameters,
try HELP UFD. If you're just interested in when the user logged out
last, try HELP WHEN or HELP FINGER.
