The monitor command COMPILE <file name>.<extension>
causes one of the following compilers to be used,
depending on the <extension>:
.(BLANK)	FAIL
.FAI		FAIL
.MAC		MACRO
.SAI		SAIL
.OSA		OLD SAIL (BACKUP)
.F4		FORTRAN

The COMPILE command runs the RPG (Rapid Program Generator) program,
which also processes commands which allow loading and execution of
programs as well as compilation.  The complete documentation of RPG
