Help!!

    When running the LINK on NEW to load a new version of the FAIL
assembler (itself assembled by FAIL) I get the message:

       ?LNKIPX Invalid PSECT index

Can you tell me whether its FAIL's bug and what changes
I might have to make to FAIL to make it agree with the NEW Link?
The version of LINK on SYS seems to work fine!
