	My efforts to  sell Vicarm  and establish  a working  relationship
with a larger firm  have proved fruitfull.   I am happy  to tell you  that
within a few weeks I will become an employee of Unimation, and director of
their West Coast  Division.  We  will be at  the same  location, and  will
continue  in the same business...that  of   making   computer   controlled
manipulators.

	I want  to thank  you  for your  interest  in Vicarm  and  myself.
Although I am unable to make such agreements with more than one firm, I do
hope that we can continue contact on an informal basis.\.
