The file BBOARD.TXT[2,2] is an online bulletin board file for the Ethernet
(SU-NET) computer community at Stanford.  This is the appropriate place for
discussions of various topics (except for system gripes, which should be
reported with the GRIPE command or directly to the system managers).

The command MAIL SU-BBOARDS will send a message to this file as well as to
the other copies of this file on the various other computers (about 20) in
our BBoard consortium.  Such messages must contain a subject field for the
benefit of readers on other systems who scan the subjects to decide which
messages to read; many computers will reject messages without a subject.

The file can be read using the \BBOARD filehack in E (ET \B), but the best
way to keep up with BBoard is to use CKSUM (READ CKSUM for details) for
swapping to E with the list of pages that have been changed.
