The file BBOARD.TXT[2,2] is an online bulletin board file for the Ethernet
(SU-NET) computer community at Stanford.  This is the appropriate place
for discussions of various topics.  The command MAIL SU-BBOARDS will send
a message to this file as well as to the other copies of this file on the
various other computers (about 10) in our BBoard consortium.  The file can
be read using the \BBOARD filehack in E (ET \B), but the best way to keep
up with BBoard is to use CKSUM (READ CKSUM for details) for swapping to E
with the list of pages that have been changed.
